'''X Games Mode''' (born June 26, 2003) is a Canadian rapper. He first freestyle rapped during an unrelated visit to Whistler, British Columbia and now releases songs on StarMaker. His music is spontaneously recorded and released and does not generally contain beats. His freestyles have however been remixed to include music. X Games Mode's songs are also released without titles much like [[Kendrick Lamar]]'s ''Untitled Unmastered''.

==Career==

In a Whistler hotel room one evening in April 2018, X Games Mode recorded his first song while friends listened and fought each other in an impromptu fight club. This freestyle was uploaded to StarMaker and his musical journey began. The song became highly popular in some circles for its highly quotable lyrics and delivery. It also set the tone for his career, showing X Games Mode's penchant for observing the situations around him and commenting on them using freestyle rap. Friends Johnny, Connor, Aiden, Aaron and Nate are also described in X Games Mode's breakout song and appear in later freestyles. On June 25, 2018, he uploaded two new songs. These freestyles continued to display X Games Mode's comedically over-sexualized lyrics while also observing other areas of popular culture.

X Games Mode is currently inactive due to mysterious circumstances. On September 7, 2018, he teased a possible return on Snapchat however nothing to date has materialized.

==Name==

X Games Mode's pseudonym was likely inspired by a meme where skilled people are described as being "on X Games mode."

==Lyrical content==

X Games Mode's vocal style is a syrupy delivery that combines the dirty and mumble rap styles. His lyrical themes are sexually explicit and have also described fighting in hotel rooms and playing the video game ''Fortnite Battle Royale''.
