Soul Intent was a rap group from Detroit/Warren/Centerline, Michigan. It formed in 1992 and disbanded in late 1995. Soul Intent consisted of producer Manix; DJ Butter Fingers; emcees M&M (Eminem), Chaos Kid and Maximum (Proof). Bassmint Productions was formed in the fall of 1989 and lasted until early in 1992, but was renamed Soul Intent in the spring of that same year .
