GANGIS KHAN

Graham D'Souza (Born June 13,1983), better known by his stage name Gangis Khan aka Camoflauge, is an Award Winning Independent Canadian Rap/Hip Hop recording artist, songwriter, actor of Portuguese-Indian descent. Formerly signed to notable Wu-Tang Clan member Raekwon's ICE H2O Label.

Gangis Khan attended Jean Vanier Highschool in Scarborough, where he took part in many rap battles learning from other well know Canadian acts at this point he adopted the name Camoflauge which he would later change to Gangis Khan aka Camoflauge/ Camo and finally Gangis Khan. In 2006 he independently released "Return of the Red Eye", followed by the 2007 release of "Pandora's Box". Which put him up to the top ranks of underground Canadian MCs. He quickly made a name for himself in the Canadian hip hop scene with his unique sound and swagger. Gangis Khan performed at the YOUTUBE Canada Launch in 2007 as the only Canadian hip-hop act.

The next year he signed a deal with HIPHOP CANADA as their first official artist, the first official album titled "On Your Own" was released in 2008 the following year he released "A History Lesson with DJ KEMO" and "A Gangsta's Code" (2009) which included the Single "Gangsta's Code" featuring award winning Dancehall Artist Konshens. His first notable performance was in 2009 at the Canadian National Exhibition along side Canadian hip hop artist Kardinal Offishall, since then he has performed across the globe in the United States, India, Dominican Rebpublic, Panama, Mexico with tours around Canada and India Gangis Khan released his "Scardogg Millionaire" album in 2010 which featured one of his most successful songs "Family". The next year he would go on to release one of his most notable albums "Gangeezy Da Greezy" which featured Platinum Award Winning Artists Belly & JRDN as well as former Roc Nation artist K Koke.

Raekwon of the Wu-Tang Clan offered Gangis Khan a record deal with his Canadian Label ICE H2O in 2011, they recorded multiple songs together and performed shows across Canada and the United States with Camo opening up of Wu-Tang Clan, Noreaga, and Snoop Dogg He released a 2 mixtapes project titled "Merry F***** Christmas" and " Happy F***** New Year" in 2011 & 2012 as well as his studio album "The Peoples Champ"(2012) Followed by "Ninja Music" in 2013 . "The Baker" the studio album was released in 2015 during Gangis Khans Canadian Tour with 9-0 Nickle, the album was well received with "Mr.Dsouza" featuring on BET, Much Music, and WorldStar HipHop

In 2016 Camo took a break after snitch allegations from rival Divine which turned out to be false.

in 2017 after after a break from releasing music "Bad Karma" which featured a variety of artist from the Toronto area as well as Brooklyn artist Maino and British artist K Koke. Apart from his own music he also co-owns Royal Music Gang Record Label with Deep Jandu a 360 Label that focus on Punjabi/Indian demographic. The label known as RMG for short has built artist that have grown to be very successful in both India and Internationally, RMG artist Deep Jandu who boast over a million followers on Instagram an example of the label success. Camo had long been in the Indian music scene, years before he groomed and taught Indian rapper Divine leading him to worldwide stardom.

In 2019 Camo released "Topic" and "Whos Dat" both singles featured Toronto lyricist King Dapz, Gangis Khan continues to release music for both the Indian & Hip Hop communities with his 2020 releases "2 step" Ft. Deep Jandu and "Drip" ft King Dapz with the video released in early 2021. Camo is currently working on a studio album with JRDN and Sunny Diamonds expected to be released July 2021 and has recently posted promo trailers of a upcoming single release with Tory Lanez titled "Birds".
