Carter Edward Osman, a.k.a. C-NOTE The Rapper or C-NOTE. Born July 5,2000, he was in and out of apartments in south Indianapolis until the age of 5. His dad is in Orlando County Prison. His mom is a Pre-K teacher. Osman goes to school at Southport High School. He is best known for his first song "By Myself".e
